Shipping Destinations
We can ship goods to any destination in the world. Orders to be delivered to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, and the rest of Europe will incur additional postage charges. These charges will be determined by the destination, and the size and weight of the parcel. Please provide us with your delivery address details for a full quotation before making a purchase. Please ensure that you provide the correct and full delivery address, and all orders are despatched the buyers address provided by ebay. We can ship to an alternative address, simply make sure that you update/add another address to your ebay account. All items are shipped on receipt of cleared payment from ebay, and the lead time depends on the delivery service selected at checkout. Please see the guideline options available, and the times and costs. At certain times of the year, for example Christmas, due to volumes these times may increase.
Customs Charges
Any charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Please check before making a purchase as we cannot be held responsible for duties/taxes/customs charges outside the UK.
How do I track my item?
If your item is not delivered within the expected delivery time please take the following action:
For UK Customers:
• Royal Mail: Please contact your local post office, and ask if they have any parcels for your address awaiting collection. If they cannot help you, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
• Other Courier Services: Please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking information and if need be, chase the courier for you.
• All parcels are sent royal mail signed for first class post.
International and European Customers:
The standard Service is Royal Mail and this is a non trackable service. When two or more items are ordered, your order will be despatched via a tracked service. For European and international parcels is 9-14 business days (Mon-Fri), excluding bank holidays but can sometimes take longer. If you have paid for a royal mail track-able service, such as special delivery, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
What to do when I receive my item?
Please check your item on immediate receipt of the package. If the parcel is damaged, you must mark this clearly on the couriers form/electronic signature device. Signing as unchecked will not be sufficient. All damaged items must be report to us by email to info@footiefans.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.
My item is damaged, faulty or didn’t arrive?
Once an item has been despatched, and is in transit, we kindly ask for your patience. If in doubt, please refer to the shipping guidelines above, and how to track my item. We are here to help you, so please get in touch for further assistance at any time, and we will endeavour to sort out your query as fast as possible. We ask that you check your item on receipt, as there is a possibility that items can get damaged in transit. Please follow the instructions as per the “what do to when I receive my item” so that we can take the necessary action to resolve this. Again, if in doubt, please get in touch via email and we will be happy to help.
My item has not been delivered?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 (UK) or 30 (EU) working days we will investigate and take appropriate action to remedy the situation.
